What are some advantges of having an alarm system installed?
[Question]

none, if you don't put on the effort to activate it at night and when you leave. however if you do, it can help you from getting robbed, by setting off a loud alarm when the alarm is activated and anyway to get in is opened. (windows, doors, etc.) of course though, it gives you a bit of time so you can go in and deactivated so it doesnt go off everytime you come into your house. but if it does go off, usually the alarm company will call and ask you why the alarm went off, and if you are ok. if you dont answer the phone or say you're not ok, theyll call the police. you might also want to watch a show on discovery called it takes a thief, it goes on at 3 or 4 every afternoon.
Do you mean a car alarm or one for your home? A home alarm system has many benefits including helping deter burglars from robbing your property; also, you can add services like smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, low temperature sensors (keeps your pipes from freezing). If any of these sensors detect a problem, including a break-in, the central monitoring station will be notified and they can dispatch the authorities if a crime is in progress. Another benefit is that many insurance companies offer a discount of 20% or so on your home-owner's policy if you have a security system. In today's economy, I suspect crime will rise and it would be very smart of you to protect your home.

To Bridge or not to bridge?
[Question]
Amp-1200w Pioneer Premier Pioneer Premier PRS-D2100T
Specs-read please http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?Source=googlebase&ProductID=17881
Subs Boxed- Two 12" Alpine Type R's Dual 4ohm
Specs- http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-ALPINE-TYPE-R-12%22-1500w-CAR-AUDIO-SUBWOOFER-SUB-08_W0QQitemZ350166020053QQcmdZViewItem
Currently running them on separate channels. Wondering if it's cool to bridge for more power. I know how 2 ohms is better. Just check out what I got and let me know.
As always thanks for the help guys

Two Type R's can either run at 1 ohm load or 4 ohm load. Wire the subwoofers in series, and then bridge the amplifier, and you'll be set.
Mono amps are usually a better choice for big subs. Your subs are dual 4 ohms which can be run at 1 ohm. Youd be better off getting an amp thats mono and 1 ohm stable to actually push those subs. As far as bridging your amp on those subs you cant. Check out crutchfield.com and look up your set up (2 dvc 4ohms on 2 channel amp.) The only way to run it is the way you have it. Go mono one ohm stable and you wont go wrong. Good luck
Certainly, you can bridge the amp to both subs. You'll need to wire them in a series/parallel configuration so that you'll end up with a 4-ohm load at the amp. Follow this diagram:
http://mobile.jlaudio.com/graphics/Support/Tutorials/wiring_images/DVC_Series_2.gif
2 ohm loads are fine in stereo mode, but in bridged mode you don't want to go lower than 4 ohms.
You probably won't notice much different from the way you have it now, however. Either way, each sub gets 300 watts (assuming your subs' voice coils are currently wired in parallel). Technically you're better off running multiple subs from a mono output, so they're both playing exactly the same signal; but in practice, I doubt it will make much difference.

Is there a way to turn off all lightings by installing a button in a car?
[Question]
For example, when i press the brake pedal, the brake light should turn on, but pressing the button turns it off completely until the button is pressed again. I need this because it can help me hide from other people chasing my car. When a car is chasing, i can press the button and park, and the bad people who are chasing me will think that my car is just an innocently parked car. i would like this because everytime i try doing this, i have to use the e-brake and it's messing up my e-brake. It would be appreciated if someone can tell me how to do this, where to do this, etc.
I just wanna know how to mod my car....
[All Answers]
I'm sure there is a way to do it, but I don't know it.
i would suggest working on your getaway skills,
or finding out how all the lights in your car are wired and how they work, so that you could create an on/off switch for them
im sure there is a way but the easiest way is just to find the fuse for the lighting then take the fuse out then all the lights will go out.
Sure your not the bad person? You can just cut one wire at the switch and run a loop to a switch you can reach while driving and run another wire back to the other half of your cut wire.
