I've tried pulling it, rewinding it, and hitting eject.

Should I take it to a mechanic or something?

take out the car stereo from the dash and open it,that`s the only way to take it out without destroying the tape.

If the stereo ate it, wait until the stereo goes to the bathroom...

OK, sorry. If the thing is really stuck, there's a problem with the stereo anyway, so it needs to be taken apart and looked at by an auto radio technician.

I agree either take it our and tape it apart to get it out, but in that situation if your taking it out and that one is broken you should just replace it unless funds is tight? but you can look on kijiji.com to find cheap decks............

theirs a lot of things you can get and do but you need to know how loud do you want to be and how much are you willing to spend. I had 3 Kicker L7 on my Honda hatchback and dam it was loud that i had to buy a new window like 3 times because of the sound system keep on breaking them so it's all on you on how loud you want to be.

There is many things you can do, I highly reccomend hifonics for EVERYTHING if you got a deck, but everyone knows the the main quality comes from the deck if it's not high end itself thne the rest will sound like shit. but this is what I would do without a costly battle

Just set a budget and see what you can get for that amount of money. You can spend whatever you want really it all depends on how good you want it to sound (meaning clarity,equal highs mids and lows etc). If you are just wanting to make it louder than factory you can spend very little if you are wanting to compete you can spend a whole lot more.

If that's the case, then you'll need to find the proper wiring diagram for the aftermarket deck. Contact the manufacture.

well either you got the wrong plug, and it luckily fits the socket, or if it's correct there should be "wire colors" in the manual and in the case from the harness, read the color codes to what they do and attch them



for example:



most cases red is the 12V+ on the harness and PRETEND the 12V+ is green on your car then attach the red to the green for that function to work.



If you don't have what the color of wire does then go to the website for the manufacturing of either the deck or the harness.
