I want to be fit?How long does it will take?
[Question]
But not by diet cauze i cant do it
[All Answers]
Depends on how fit ouy are now!
depends on your starting state..
depends how fat you are and how much you work out
You dont have to diet, just eat less crappy food , or eat smaller portions of it and do either light or heavey exercise for at least 30 mins 3-4 times a week , you will soon loose the pounds!
The exercise can be anything from walking the dog , to jogging to heavey running or using things such as the cross trainer or rower machine at the gym
eat less , exercise frequently, is the key to fitness
Longer than it should as this is the car audio category
It all depends on you, your metabolism, and your motivation.
try going for a walk, 10-minutes a day, then slowly move up.
then try running after for 10-minutes, then move up as you did with the walking.
Eventually you will have to start going on a diet,
but slowly start moving to healthier foods, and before you know it, your major diet will consist of better foods.
Your body experiences a shock when you change your diet all of a sudden, and lower your metabolism, to try to cope with this sudden shock.
It's all about easing into a new lifestyle.
But yes, this is the car audio section... lol

Feel inside your car see if the carpets are wet if they are your heater matrix has bust, that's why your blowers are blowing cold and your loosing water.
You could have a blown head gasket but equally it may be down to an air lock that needs bleeding out of the system.
Having said all that if theere is no sign of a water leak and you are using water then it is definitely a blown head gasket.
Sounds like the head gasket has blown. If you have steam coming from exhaust on initial start up. that is the problem.
Not really a car audio question but here go's. There two small hoses about the size of quarter that go from the water pump to the firewall they connect to the heater core this is a small radiator that fits inside a box under the dash . Most of the time on the passenger side. The heater core has be come blocked. an no water can get through so no heat. Chilton makes a book to show you how to replace it . You can get this book from any well stocked auto parts store . I hope this will help you good luck.

[Question]
I have a 1993 Chrysler Labaron Sedan and I want to get an awesome sound system put into it. I don't know what to get though and I don't know what all I need. I can spend around $400, and I want to be able to hook up my ipod. I don't care about the bass I just want it to be good quality sound whether the music is loud or quiet.

go to a stereo shop or best buy and see what you like from what they have
check out these sites, as they have a Vehicle Fit guide,

400 bucks will not get you an awesome sound system.. I had 6 grand in parts in my camaro. every great sound system starts with the head unit. the radio.. get a quality radio and that will limit the distortion to the amplifier you will buy when you get the money. once you get the amp then buy speakers. most of the radios today come Ipod ready. figure on spending 2 to 4 Hundred on the radio Kenwood makes a nice radio.. Excelon series if you can swing it,

How badly does running a PS3 in my car drain it?
[Question]
I am not a well known car person. I barely no more than the basics. I bought a power converter, DC to AC, and it runs about 500 Watts continuous because the PS3 uses about 380 Watts, and I don't want it to just stop because it used 401 Watts.
What will running the Playstation3 for like 4 hours do to the battery, while the car is running.
[All Answers]
It should be fine, just don't turn the engine off and leave the battery running.
if your ps3 is running about 380-401, then your using about 30-34 amps.
should be fine, so long as you don't play too much when the car battery is off, nobody likes a dead battery.
it won't drain the battery if the vehicle is running, the alternator can make up for power usage.
380w / 12v = 31.666 amps
401w / 12v = 33.416 amps
That's about the same as a 4-channel amp running 100w per speaker. It's quite fine.
See your car is designed to charge its own battery while the vehicle is running. So as long as the vehicle is running the alternator should provide energy for your battery leaving you no worries. Just do not run your ps3 or the converter while the vehicle is not running because this may cause your battery to die leaving you stranded. Also depending on how much energy your pushing and how good your alternator is you might be placing a lot of stress onto your alternator which can cause it not to operate properly and burn out.

How do I install this 12 volt horn?
[Question]
How do I install this 12 volt horn seperately from stock horn? And I bought a aftermarket button. But i don't know how to wire it exactly. I have wired some stereos before but not any horns. please help. heres a link to what it looks like. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BRAND-NEW-12-VOLT-SUPER-LOUD-AIR-HORN_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1171Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem255510c479QQitemZ160340952185QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

A horn has a positive and a ground. Hook your positive up to a power source via a switch (so you can turn the horn off and on) then take the ground and wrap the wire around a bolt.
Step 1: Locate a hole at or close to the desired location of the switch, or drill one yourself, making sure it is big enough for the toggle switch to mount into. Be mindful of what is behind where you are drilling, so you don’t short out existing wiring or go through other important components.
Step 2: Route the wire to be used through the back of the hole, coming out to the switch side, with the terminal connectors already on it. Connect the wire that is to be the hot, or power supply wire to the appropriate prong. On many toggle switches the positive side will be bigger, requiring a bigger connector. Do the same with the negative side. Connecting these before the switch is mounted negates the need to fight with them in hard to reach places.
Step 3: Mount the switch into the hole using the supplied nut, which is normally a round, ring type sealer that screws onto the threaded, male end of the toggle switch. Do your best to make this very snug, because it may be hard to get to at a later date, and also because allowing the switch to wobble in the hole may cause a dangerous short.
Step 4: Connect the power wire to the battery or a fuse block, making sure the fuses used are the correct amperage for the application. Using the middle outlet on the toggle switch, connect a wire to the accessory to be used (i.e. lights, an amp, a horn or a cooling fan). Connect the ground wire to the negative side of the battery, or any available good ground (i.e. screws to the chassis, the frame or sometimes the ground to another accessory).
Step 5: Test the circuit. When the switch is off, there should be no activity from the accessory, and if tested with a voltage meter, it should read zero at the accessory. When the switch is flipped on, it completes the connection, allowing current to flow from the positive wire to the accessory, activating it.
