how do i connect my house speakers 2 my car 1s?
[Question]
[All Answers]
Well you would need to take them out of your house first in order to hook them up but other than that its pretty simple from there
simply hook the wires that were once hooked to your car speakers to your house speakers. it very simple. i do not recommend it though its ganna sound terrible. i promise you that.
With some very, very long cables by the sound of it.
why dont you just get some speakers made for you car that makes sense doesnt it
Really depends on how far you are going to be travelling. Considering volt drop after a certain distance with any types of cable, I think it would be better if you just got PROPER car speakers.
last time id tryed that just unplug the wire from the speaker and connect black and white
the house speakers will sound rubbish in your car
for starters the speakers in your house are 6 or 8 ohms while in the car they are 4ohms, also you are more likely to damage your house speakers due to they are not built to go over bumps, pot holes, and gettin banged about

Fi, RD, RE, Orion HCCA?
[Question]
Fi Btl
RD Sonance
Re XXX
Orion HCCA
10" or 12" Powered appropriately.
Either 2 or 4 of them.
What is the best decision to make? Fi would have to be a different model to be a 10".
If they are just "ok"
what would you get? And dont you dare say Kicker or Sony $#!t
[All Answers]
man all are good subs i would probably go with the Fi BTL
They're all ok subs, which should make a pretty mediocre system. Enjoy.
BTL for SPL. XXX for SQL. =)
definitely Fi Btl no doubt.
Orion and RE HANDS DOWN!
Fi BTL 12's fully loaded with at least 2500 watts rms to each.
Orion ftw

My car's CD player just stopped working. spits out the CDs.?
[Question]
It is a 2005 Toyota Camry. Could it be dirty or is there anyway to clean it? Or should i get a new one at the dealership. Should still be under warranty, under 100,000 miles. THANKS!
[All Answers]
I think you need a new one...they don't usually spit the CD's out for no reason...
Your car sucks
well dont let it do that!STUPIDD!
mabe its sickk
give it a bandaid
Maybe the particular CD is incompatible with the car's CD player. Or maybe the CD is dirty (try cleaning with a very clean cloth and a tiny bit of tepid water or if the CD player is dirty then that'll have to be done professionally but I've never heard of it happening.
Call and ask about the warranty but I believe that it should be for 3 years or 36,000 miles.
As for the problem that you are having try a different CD first because many times they can be slightly uneven.
If that does not work you can try a CD cleaning disc but don't get a new one from the dealer because it will most likely be around $2000.00 dollars.
Lastly if there is no warranty you can always try checking in your hometown for a qualified radio repair shop..
Well your cds could be dirty

how many amps are in 1200 watts?
[Question]
I was looking at a computer and it said
that the computer was powered by a
1200 watt motor
[All Answers]
need more info
what's the voltage?
No way to tell without more info
It is not a math question. Amperage is dependent upon voltage and resistance.
You don't measure watts and amps the same way. An AMP is an number that represents the current of the electrical circuit. A watt (as I think you're referring to it), would be how much power is required to operate a specific device for a specific period of time.
To find out, you need to know the voltage.
P=IV
P=Power in watts
I=Current in Amps
V=Voltage in Volts
so
I=P/V=1200/V
If V=12 then I=1200/12=100
If V=120 then I=1200/120=10
If V=240 then I=1200/240=5

will two 600 rms subs work with an amp with 375 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms ( 750 watts x 1 at 2 ohms?)?
[Question]
[All Answers]
yeah it will work as long as your subs are 4 or 2 ohm stable, but you probably wont get good sound outta them if you ain't push in enough power to them.
no if you insist on getting that amp then get some weaker subs or else you would be under powering them. 2 150 rms subs at 4 ohms would do good with that amp
What subs and what amp are they? What brand and model of each. You really need and amp rated at 1200 watts RMSx1 at the final impedance after wiring the subs together to get their full potential. You can push them with less, just won't be as loud as it would with 1200 watts.
get an AudioQue AQ1200D amplifier, it does 1200rms @ 1 ohm, will a little more.. its under rated by a little over 200rms.
