Burned CD wont play in my stereo and DVD player?

i burned some songs in a Memorex CD-R disk

and when i finished burning them they won't play in my stereo or DVD player. how do i fix it so it can play?

btw they were mp3 files but i converted them to wav.
yes they play on my computer!

Be sure you closed out the copying process by adding the TOC (table of contents) or they will only be read by your computer.

How do i bridge my amp so i have 2 channels powering each sub?

See how for each pair of outputs, you are only hooking up 2 wires? The negative from one channel and the positive of another. You should have a marking on your amp to show where to put the wires when bridging.

You can call your Audi dealer, give them your VIN, and they can give you the code.

This is one of the hardest things for a newb to understand with car audio. Dont worry, you will be fine.



Sorry to say, you bought some of the cheapest quality equipment possible. Those wattage numbers are grossly inflated, that amp doesnt make anywhere near 4000 watts, and the sub wouldnt even handle half of 3200 watts. These companies, i call them "flea market" companies, use fake power numbers and chrome to attract unsuspecting buyers.



The problem is, you have a dual 4 ohm sub, with a 2 channel amp, which is not an ideal match.



Wire the sub in SERIES, and bridge the amp. You wont get full power from the amp, but if you wire it the other way, you risk damaging the amp.

I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT..I was told by several people that if I got after market speakers it would sound clear and even (you hear the word and the bass clearer) along with the subwoofers instead of just a lot of bass instead of you hearing the words alevenly with bass ?

Depends, if you just get a small little low-powered setup, you wont overpower your stock speakers. Is your system the bose system? Even the stock grand prix radio wasnt THAT BAD compared to others. You dont need to get a huge 1000 watt system like a lot of peple want.
