I have a problem with my car stereo, i was installing an amp with 2 10's It worked and now stereo wont turn on?

The music was playing through the amp's 10's and then i moved the blue remote turn on wire and accidently touched a screw and a spark appeared and thats when the music shut off and now the stereo wont turn on what happen? I think i killed the power/ memory wire for the stereo and also my car clock reset everytime i turn on the car, What should i do to get it working again??
Yes i have also checked all fuses and everything is fine

Have u checked the fuse directly on the cd player?? I had a similar problem when installing a cd player and I already had 2 12" subs...my fuse blew..or u can check the fuses for the car.

about the dvd in my car?

i have a nissan primera 2002 model, this car has got a dvd rom, i have tried playing other dvd but it doesnt play, it just plays only my satellite navigator dvd, does anyone have an idea of how i can make it play other dvds?

Some of them are wired so that they are not able to play dvd's unless your car is in park to prevent people from driving and watching a movie at the same time. Try playing the dvd in park, and then if that doesn't work try playing it with your car "off" by putting the key back, towards you. Hopefully this helps!
