The amp puts out a little less than stated though.
You can turn an amp down too. I think.
If not what is a good amp?
[All Answers]
sure then you will have the loudest truck at the high school
No. That amp is a piece. It was prolly made in Africa.....or Iceland. Stick with name brands (Rockford fosgate, Alpine, Infinity, etc.) if you want to sound good.
This power amp is not worth the money, off brand are low quality and not reliable. Remember you get what you pay for. When selecting products you should always stay with name brands for high quality and reliability. Brands for amps are: JBL, JL, Infinity, Alpine, MTX and Rockford Fosgate and for speakers: JBL, JL, Infinity, Alpine, Boston, Focal and MB Quarts. They are highly reliable to the rating they provide. Go demo the products at a retail store with your own source of material. Let your own ears be the judge.

i have two 12v batteries i want to put in car but they are slightly different?
[Question]
I have 2 batt's i am considering hooking up in parallel..
they are as follows
Odyssey 12v pc625 drycell
CCA 265A
MCA 350A
PHCA 625A
Reserve 27 min
cyclic charge voltage 14.4-14.8v
float charge voltage 13.5-13.8v
no initial charge current limit
next is my main batt
Eveready grp 65 12v
CCA 650
CA 810
Reserve 130
and that's all the info i got...
I thought if I hooked them up for my camping road trip that I could run stuff off my trucks 12v power outlet (super mini fridge mostly)
for much longer without worry of starting problems or draining issues....would they be compatable?
I have 0 funds to enhance the install or even get another batt to do it proper so sorry there...they both hold 12.3 on my multimeter...just wondering if it's safe and would i see a benefit?
also considering just leaving the smaller Odyssey batt charged but disconnected for if the main goes to drained...then connect the smaller one and let it trickle charge the main>would this wokr?
Thanks to you guys

That would work perfect. Connect both batteries together, drive to your camping spot (the accessories battery will be fully charged) and disconnect your main battery. Now you can run all the stuff you want with the acc.battery. It doesn't matter if it goes dead because you can reconnect the main battery and start the truck. With the truck running it will recharge the acc.battery.
When you get some money add a switch for ease of use.
I'm doing the same thing with my truck, but I need to find a good spot for the second battery.
It will give your alternator hell since it has to charge two batteries.
do not ever mix batteries. if you want to do multiple batteries they have to be the same. even the slightest difference could cause huge electrical problems

Can you hook up two 12" kenwood kfc-3012s from 4 ohms two 2 ohms?
[Question]

to my knowledge if you bridge the subs it will make them two ohms your main concern is that the amp can handle the low ohms with out overheating or frying anything. it should work good luck!
Your subs are rated at 400 watts normal rms 1200 watts peak. This amp is 500 watts rms @ 4 ohm An 1000 watts @ 2 ohm . This amp will most likely fry these subs ether way. Sense the max watts input is 400 watts. I hope this helps

is this a good deal i found on craigslist?
[Question]
i found a guy selling 2 12" Kicker CVR + camaro box(but im not getting the box) with a 1200w performance teknique amp.
i bargained out a deal to get just the subs and amp for $180. Is this a good deal or no?
[All Answers]
You have to be careful on CL, make sure you hook it up first and it sounds ok, all the lights come on and you can even smell it to see if you smell any kind of burning smell
its a good deal if everything is in perfect working condition
