where would I fit in?

where would I fit in?...  A few friends of mine have been trying to figure out where do i fit within the social group. I'm also curious about this because this is something i want to know as well. Can you help me out?



I'm young,goofy,emotional,sensitive,occasionally unstable, fragile,understanding,depressed and depressing,weird,silly and a hell of a lot more. I'm usually down about things relating to my past most of the time, but i doesn't take much to cheer me back up. I tend to say what I'm thinking a little too much so if I say some scary, don't call 911 unless i do something bad lol. I like all kinds of music except country since it get me feeling all weird and sleepy. I like to play games and hang out with friends also, I also like to watch tv and hang all day on the computer. btw i really really really love food. I'm not fat! ( I weigh 145 even though i look slimmer than that) I'm 5'6 and completely brown girl lol. My taste in clothes is weird and is still in transition so don't call me a poser or other stuff. I'm a fan of emo,goth,punk,anime,metal,vampire etc. I really don't care how you look because that's not important. its what makes you awesome right??? (normally im wearing shirt, pants, chucks, and a black jacket.







I consider my self as a "?" lol, but my friends tend to call me weird because of personality. I'm just unpredictable if you don't know me very well.

i'd like to also mention that i dont try to fit any group. its a waste of time. I only wanted to know which group i'd probably get thrown into if i had no choice. Not only that, I always felt unusual hanging around them.

Like as if im out of place. Either i'm dressed nothing like them, or they do things im not a big fan of doing such as skippin school three days straight or running around in costumes.

btw almost all my friends are ghetto xD whenever they do something stupid, i tend to look away or just laugh. its ironic because my enemies at school are also pretty ghetto. I seem to attract all types of people since all my friends are very different from each other unless they are basically a group themselves. In most cases, i get caught in between two friends that dont like each other lol.

How can i connect car speakers to a mains supply?...  Hi, people im doing my design project, and i need to know how i can connect Car speakers to the mains supply. I vaguely know what to do, but have no idea where to find theese parts, or know there proper names. Please can someone help.

(when i say mains supply i mean, normal house plugs)

1)   you need to find out what you're asking first as 'mains' can mean anything from main circuit of electricity (which you don't connect speaker to) to main spseaker set, which is a little uncommon.



crutchfield.com has much in the way of diagrams, manuals and other helpful info as well as parts, supplies and of course componants. ised them many times when i couldn't find specific parts for difficult installs like subaru. - ez80227

2)   what is the mains supply? - b_unit

3)   you would need a 12v power supply to convert house voltage (120v) to mobile electronics voltage of 12v. you can then power a car amplifier which would run your speakers. you could also just connect car speakers to a house amplifier, but you need to keep in mind that most car speakers are 4ohms and most house speakers are 8 ohms. you could over-load a house amp and cause it to fry. - Allen H

how do i hook up subs to a stock 04 cavalier radio?...  i like my stock radio in my 04 cavalier but i do like my bass though too. i dont want to replace my stocker since its perfectly fine but i dont kno how to install the amp to it. anybody with links or instructions please help thanks

2)   if you can find the rca cables that will hook up to your back speakers that would work out great. but still your best bet will be to go to the local car audio shop and ask - Grant

3)   To hook a sub to a factory radio, follow the manual for the power and ground hook up. The two main differences will be the audio signal and the remote. The Audio signal needs to come from a speaker. Many people tend to splice into the closest speaker according to sub placement. You will either need what is called a line driver, an amp that accepts speaker line inputs, or the is a trick to splice an common audio wire and turn it into an RCA. The remote wire needs to be attached to a 6-12V source that comes on only when the radio is on, the car is on, or attached to a switch. - Silk S

sub box help? need dimensions?...  i have 2 12" kicker L5 subs and im looking to make a new box and i need some dimensions. i want it too be even louder than it is now. i want it ported, the size is not a problem it will be going into a chevy tahoe.

1)   Each sub is going to need at least 3 cubic feet, but can handle up to 6 cubic feet. I have never built a ported box before, so I can not give you all the details... But the dimensions could be like 20x20x20 for each sub... That would give you about 3.66 cubic feet without considering the port itself... how do i find out speaker box dimensions?...  i have 4 pioneer premier champion series pro 12 in subs and i dont have a clue to what the demensions should be for the box to fit in the back of my grand cherokee. can anyone send me in the right direction?

2)   These subs only call for about 1 cubic feet of air space... This would be a box about 13x14x13... Sealed. So maybe 4 of those boxed put together. There is really no correct way to do it. Just measure your jeep and go from there... I have provided the box wizard. - d_monie3
