Subwoofer Power???????????????????????????????

Question 1
Subwoofer Power???????????????????????????????...  I have 4 subwoofers.. 2 Kenwood KFC-W3012 12-In and 2 polk audio db124 subs. right now i only have an 1800 watt amp to power my kenwoods and plan on buying another amp. will i need to upgrade my battery or something if i hook all 4 subs up in my car????????

2)   You'll probably need to upgrade your alternator, but it depends on what kind of vehicle it is. - Brad J

3)   seriously, don't listen to people who say upgrade your alternator, that is only necessary for running very large amounts of power. You may want to look into a capacitor before you start thinking of a new battery, but if you decide that you do want to install a new battery, make sure you isolate them so that they do not drain each other. a 200 amp relay should do the trick. good luck. - Cody

Question 2
How can I get my cd's out of my disconnected car cd changer?...  I swapped out the stereo in my VW and in the switch i no longer needed the changer. What I forgot was to check if there were any cd's in it before I cut the power. Now I have 3 of my cd's I really want to get out before I sell it. Suggestions??

1)   Usually there is a small hole that you can insert a straighten paper clip in. This will manually eject the CD's. - Roger

2)   AFTERMARKET: Car radios can be used at a lower power too, they just are not as powerful with radio frequencies. This in mind, a 9v battery connected to the power will power it enough to eject the CDs. Connect the YELLOW and RED wires to the Positive(+) side and the BLACK wire to the Negative(-) side and push the eject button. The 9v shouldn't shock you because the electricity travels easier through the electronics than your finger. WARNING: Do not put the wires backwards. I've done this several times, so I know it works.



STOCK: Close to the same concept as above, but you have to find out what the wires are before connecting it in.

how can you make your subs have more bass?...

1)   you gotta do it threw your equalizer and find bass and put it up..i think thats how my fiance did it - TeAmoPapi<3

2)   depends on the sub and on the amp your running but there are a lot of factors to consider. the big 3 helps with voltage drop and helps the amp get maximum current and perform at its maximum. the box itself is a big difference sealed is clean punchy bass while ported is loud bass but no as clean as a sealed box. DO NOT turn the gain too high on the amp or the bass boost this will only kill your sub. - josearmz10789

a guy offered me a nitro car amp for my ps2 is it worth it?...  ps2 three controllers a dvd remote and 2 games for a nitro car amp said the amp was worth 400$ um is it worth it?
well im planing on selling the car amp soon as i can im not going to use it cuz i dont have a car to use it in... i bought the ps2 for 25$ im planing on geting mabby 50$ out of it... so if i can at least get more out of the nitro car amp il be happy
